These terms govern your use of animusmen.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order you accept them.
1. Who we are
Animus (“we”, “us”) operates this website and sells the products listed on it. Contact: support@animusmen.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us.
3. Products and description
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; packaging and batch details may vary. Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and we will refund you in full if we do.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already accepted.
6. Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the stated cadence until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us, and changes take effect on the next unshipped order.

9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping, no interference with its operation, no attempt to gain unauthorised access, no resale of our products as your own without a written wholesale agreement.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, packaging design — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without written permission.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
