Free Australian shipping on every order. No minimum spend, tracking on everything.
How fast?
- Australia — 4 to 5 business days from dispatch, free, tracked.
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, go out the next business day.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves us. If nothing has arrived within 24 hours of your dispatch confirmation, check your spam folder, then email us.
Remote and regional addresses
Some remote and regional postcodes add a couple of days. The tracking will still show movement — if it goes quiet for 7 business days, email us and we will chase it.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will resend it once you confirm the right one. A second reshipment may incur a fee.
Lost or damaged
If your tracking stalls for 7 business days, or the order turns up damaged, email support@animusmen.com with your order number. We replace or refund it. We do not argue about it.
International
We currently ship within Australia only. If you are outside Australia and want us to get to you, email us — demand decides what we open next.
